Dry Springs Limited LLC, doing business as Sponsor Signal (“we”), provides outsourced business development services to companies that sell to employers. This policy explains what personal information we handle and how.
Information we collect
- From visitors and prospective clients: information you send us through this site, scheduling tools or email, such as your name, business email, company and role.
- Professional contact information: to provide our services, we process business contact information about professionals at employers, such as name, title, employer and business contact details, drawn from public filings (including U.S. Department of Labor Form 5500 data), public professional profiles, and data licensed by our clients.
- Website data: basic usage and device data collected through cookies and analytics. Non-essential cookies are used only with your consent.
How we use it
To respond to inquiries and schedule calls; to deliver services to our clients, including business-to-business outreach and meeting scheduling; to operate and improve this site; and to comply with law.
What we don’t do
We do not sell personal information or provide contact lists to third parties. We do not collect health information about any individual.
Sharing
We share information with the client on whose behalf a meeting is requested (limited to the meeting and the contact details needed for it), and with service providers who host our email, scheduling and website, under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information where required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to stop contacting you, or to access, correct or delete information we hold about you, by emailing chris@dryspringslimitedllc.com. Every outreach email also includes an unsubscribe link. We act on opt-out requests within 10 business days. Residents of states with privacy laws, including California, may have additional rights and may exercise them the same way.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and protect it with reasonable administrative and technical safeguards.
